Tuna cooked in coconut milk is a comforting and flavorful curry that brings together the goodness of fresh fish and the richness of natural ingredients. Required Ingredients.
🍀 Tuna fish 200g.
🍀 1 Cup of coconut milk.
🍀 1 Onion
🍀 1 Tomato.
🍀 About 2 cloves of garlic.
🍀 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks
🍀 About 2 green chilies.
🍀 A piece of sera
🍀 curry leaves.
🍀 A piece of ginger.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek Seeds.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin seed.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of Chili powder.
🍀 2 Teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of pepper Powder.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.

The order of preparation.
First, wash and clean the tuna pieces well. Then add pepper, salt, and turmeric powder, and mix thoroughly.

Next, finely chop the onions, green chilies, tomatoes, and garlic.

Next, take a cooking pot and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. When the oil is heated, add fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, curry leaves, lemongrass, and crushed ginger. Allow them to fry lightly until fragrant.

Next, add the marinated fish pieces to the pan along with chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and tomatoes. Then pour in the coconut milk and cook for about 5 minutes. Once done, remove from the heat.
