Hello everyone so for todays blog im gonna cook something that you need tuna can goods (century tuna flakes in oil) brand name of the tuna and tokwa (tofu), so sisig is popular in my country in the philippines cause you can ate it as appetizer together with a cold beer or either your lunch/dinner so im gonna share you how to cook it first of all you need this
*2 century tuna(flakes in oil)
*8 slices of tokwa(tofu)
*butter
*garlic
*onion
*green bellpepper
*red bellpepper
*soysauce
*oyster sauce
*calamansi juice
*salt and pepper to taste
*mayonaise
*egg
So i will show you what i cut and preparation for my cooking blog, i cut everything in cubes first is garlic, second onion, ginger, red bell pepper and green bell pepper.
Then after i cut the spices the next thing i do is to cut the 8 slices of tofu in half.
Next is you need to fry the tofu until it became brown only in medium heat.
After i prepare my mise en place everything is ready to cook by the way i dont have a picture of tuna but i drain it to remove the oil in the can. And you need also 2 piece of calamansi.
Now the next step is cooking time 😁
First you need a pan meduim heat only then put some butter i use butter for better taste, saute the garlic first
Then the next one is onions and ginger (saute)
Add the red bell pepper and green bell pepper.
Add the tuna and tokwa season it with calamansi, soy sauce and oyster sauce and a little salt and pepper to taste.
It’s up to you how many oyster and soysauce you want to put but in calamansi you only need 2 piece. And if you want some chili you can put green and red chili.
Then add some mayonaise and fry the tuna and tofu cook it until the flavor is already mix in it, then the finally is the egg.
