My dear readers, today I have come back from a football tournament tour at my home. My cousins received me as they are very attached to me. They take me with themselves to their home.

They entertained me with chips and Star Tin as a drink. As it was supper time, we enjoyed ourselves with the chips and drinks until dinner.
We had our dinner very late at night because it was good for human health. My dear friends, I want to describe some advantages of an early and light dinner.

The first and foremost benefit of an early light dinner is that it reduces stress.
and improve sleep quality.
Our digestive system is very effective in our lives. Early dinner.
Improve digestion and experience less constipation.

Clean up fewer bedtime accidents.
It helps us to have a better morning appetite.
It improves metabolism.
Metabolism refers to all the chemical processes going on continuously inside our body that allow life and normal functioning in the body. This is called homeostasis.

These processes include those that break down nutrients from our food and those that build and repair our body. It fosters the healthy habit of cooking.
Early dinners help us increase our lifespan.
It optimizes our nightly brain cleansing.
