Its a Friday, lets get ready for the weekend. I decided to make stew with fresh tomatoes and white rice with diced carrots.

I began by washing the tomatoes and pepper , thoroughly and blended them till the seeds are no more visible
Next i boiled the blended tomato and pepper to dry the water
In other to get the fresh test, i sieved out the excess water once it boiled which i would still use in making the stew or use for something else, this way, you save time and gas while still retaining your fresh test.
In a different pot now, heat the vegetable oil small, add diced onions and introduce your now tomato paste
Ones its dried to your taste, add the Beaf and fried fish and last of all as you are about to bring it down, add your vegetables
You may use the water from the tomato if you need to add water to it.
Now i proceed to wash my rice and boil
Once its done, i added my chopped carrots and allow the heat of the steam to touch for a few seconds
