Greek yogurt has several health benefits due to its nutrient-rich composition.
Some benefits includes;
-High Protein Content:Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein, which can help with muscle growth and repair.
-Rich in Probiotics:It contains live and active cultures, which can support gut health and boost the immune system.
-Good Source of Calcium:Greek yogurt is rich in calcium, essential for bone health and development.

A Greek yogurt parfait can make a nutritious and delicious breakfast. Layering Greek yogurt with your favorite fruits,granola, and nuts can provide a boost of protein, fiber, and healthy fats to start your day.
I personally like to have mine with so

me granola,dried fruit, apple,coconut chips,grapes and cashew nuts.
