I am also trying to stop consuming unhealthy foods currently and reduce my weight gain. But it is difficult for me to cook on a regular basis due to my tight schedule.

Dear Hassan!
It's very hard for you to live alone in a foreign country! It's a sorrow reality!

If you don't know, you can read some articles, and as far as I remember, I have told you on this point earlier. Halal foods are not different; all fish and vegetables are halal from anywhere. Only animals should be sacrifice in the name of Allah for making it Halal, and some other meat like pork, carnivorous animals, and blood are not halal.

Yeah, I remember the article you wrote about Halal! I just couldn't understand it because my English reading skills are poor!

East Asians like me understand halal food to be food that excludes pork!
The average East Asian enjoys pork and beef, so it is difficult for them to understand and accept the traditions of Islam and Hinduism!
So, Buddhism is popular because it has no food prohibitions.

Don no batt!
