Around here turkey is not a favorite. Once every 3 years is about right for us. My brother took the carcass home with him to make soup. I have meat, gravy, and stuffing left for the weekend, and plenty of cranberry sauces. That’ll do me for another few years.

Wow, that surprises me, we love turkey, I like the dark meat and hubby likes white. We have enough leftovers for the weekend. Glad you got through the holiday with friends and family. Stay warm the snow is arriving.

Nope, none of us, husband son or myself are a fan of it. We’d have other meals we preferred like tenderloins or lobster, etc.

I could go for those options all day long.
