I loved lamb with mint jelly. But I can't digest the heavy fat any more. Not had it in years. Yours looked soooo gooood!

        Awe, that is a shame. That lamb was so good, makes me want to make it more often. I will keep an eye for a good sale. How's your keto coming along? I dropped 7 lbs. so far this month and I bought the keto strips to check if I'm in Ketosis, and finally I am. Yay!
