        Hi Pam, these burritos are so easy to make ahead and freeze for whenever you want to have one. We enjoy them often. It has become a monthly routine at our house to make up a large batch. I am so glad you got to enjoy your sisters and brothers. I know going forward it will be sad when your mom passes. I know it was for myself. My thoughts are with you. ♥
