That sounds so delicious! But it's so much work!

My recipe is simple: pour heavy raw cream into a blender, about 2 cups or so, add 2 organic raw eggs, some sugar to taste, lots of vanilla extract, blend until foamy, pour in a glass, sprinkle nutmeg, and sip away. It's thick, creamy and has the delicious foam on top. And it's fast!

Ooh yum, that sounds good. Wish I had access to raw milk/cream. Need a raw cow for raw milk!

Fortunately, Mass allows raw milk sales on farm, and we have an excellent dairy in driving distance.
