Hello Everyone

I'm flawless-dee and welcome to my blog. I'd be preparing a small pot of sophisticated porridge beans today.

My Ingredients
3 cups of Honey Beans
Crayfish
Onions
Pepper
Salt
Seasoning cubes(knorr)
Smoked ice fish
Kpomo
Palm oil
Water.

The preparation
First of all, I wash and prep my kpomo very clean, then cut them into reasonable pieces, then season with onions, a pair of Knorr seasoning cubes, and pepper with a pinch of salt, then add water to steam for 15 minutes.

While waiting for it to be done, I started selecting my beans(separating chaff or stone in some cases).

After the selection, I poured it into a pot, then added water, then placed it on the Fire to boil for at least 10 minutes, then filtered it(that's how I prefer to cook my beans so that it doesn't purge me), then filtered it and poured it back into the pot then added a reasonable quantity of water for the cooking proper.
After 47 minutes, I checked, and the beans were moderately soft and at least edible/chewable.

It was a solo cooking, so I could take shots while adding all my ingredients, but I added the ingredients, which include the steamed kpomo and fish, a pair of Knorr seasoning cubes, pepper, onion, salt, crayfish, palm oil, and stirred them, then tasted and ensured everything mixed well.

After the stir, I allowed everything to cook for about 6 minutes then it's ready.
The initial plan was to eat with fried plantain, but I had a little leftover white rice, so I took the chance of exploring my options.

But then I later actualized my initial plan of Porridge beans and fried ripe plantain.

Wow love this simple recipe of yours..this is good protein rich dish..

Awwwwn 😍
Thank you

The beans looks so yummy with lots of proteins. I would enjoy this with pap or garri instead of rice.

Garri .... Yes
That's the best option

There are lots of proteins and I like your recipe. At the look on the beans and know it tastes great. Well done
