I had never many any pepper pickle, and we don't usually made them here in my country. We love it fresh.

I love them fresh too, but in summer my plants produce more than I can eat so pickling makes them last much longer. In the cooler months here they don't produce nearly as well, since California isn't a tropical island paradise where you live! lol
