Friends, to make this pitha, we will need some meat, be it beef or chicken, any meat will do, and we will need rice flour and with the combination of these two, we will be able to make it in this world. So, friends, first we have to boil the meat and break it with the help of our hands, that is, we have to cut the meat into small pieces, then we have to cut those pieces of meat into pieces nicely.




Then, in a pan, take some oil and add some chopped onions and some chopped green chilies. Then, add some chili powder, some turmeric powder, some salt and stir well and fry for a while. Then, when it is done, add some bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon and stir well. After frying for a while, add the pieces of meat and stir them very well and fry for a while.




Once it is set, we will lower the pan and heat some water in another oven. To make our horses, that is, the Atap rice flour, we will pour the Atap rice flour into that hot water and keep stirring slowly so that the horses mix perfectly with the water. After stirring for a while, when they return to the state in which we did not make the bread, we will remove these horses from the oven.
