If you have to clean, disinfect and wash the food very well, this is a step that I never skip and the fish is delicious, this cataco was fresh and tasty.

        Yes thoroughly washing is the most important aspect of cooking because that's what determines if the food will be healthy or not.
        From the look the fish looks delicious.
