Today i am here to share a amazing recipe of noodles at home which is really healthy version because it is made of atta .
I added vinegar and soya sauce for flavour ,but if you want to avoid it you can ,its optional.
So here is the recipe of it-
Firstafall prepare a dough using wheat flour ,after the dough is ready make some balls using it by applying little oil in your hands.
Then start making chapati of it (by applying some more oil so that it don't stick )
Side by side take a container with water and put it in the stove by adding some oil and salt in it . Put the Chapati in the water when it started boiling.
Wait for 3-4 minutes and turn the chapati and again wait for 3 minutes.Then slowly take out the chapati using tong and place it in a plate.
Repeat this process for 4-5 times.
Then let it dry for 2 minutes and after that start it cutting in a thin and long manner .
Put it aside By applying 3-4 drops oil in it and start cutting vegetables as available.
I was having cabbage , capsicum,carrot in my home thats why I added those only.
Then take a pan and add some oil in it ,as soon as the oil starts boiling put the vegetables in it and fry them properly.
Then add the noodles in it and start steering it .After that add soya sauce ,vineger ,salt and a pinch of chilli in it.
Then cook it properly.
Here the noodles are ready 😀.
