Hello, friends especially foodies!
Heard about a viral donut store from a friend and saw by myself from social media, even when we came there once before, the place was full and it was raining so we didn't line up at the store. But this time we didn't want to miss any chance again...
The name of the viral doughnut store is BUTTER BABY.

Yes, this worldwide brand just opened their first store in Indonesia, and fortunately they open it in our favorite hang out area, Blok M. What i heard, that this place is a donut place and also sold beverages. Well, let's find it out!
The long line up didn't stop us, even it encouraged us to be more curious about how tasty are their donuts? And i couldn't wait to see their variants of doughnuts...
Well, do you also like me? I mean would you be more curious about the taste and flavour if you see the line up?
Cool, inside they had a yellow forbidden room, haha. I say forbidden because they put a separator out of the room, that we couldn't enter.
Inside of it, really cool. I mean they are so serious in designing it. Mostly with yellow color. Unique chairs and table on the left is their dining area. All in yellow.

They had their mascot near their monitor. It was a yellow alien that looked so cute. It a must have thing to do there, take a picture with it...
I would do it later then. Cause i distracted with... Guess what?
Of course their doughnut showroom. Look how they showed it on their furnish, like in the exhibition.. and i love it...
I even took pictures of every kind of their donut... Let me show you all of them!

Look they also show some of the donuts in a glass look like UFO showing case, with the miniature of their mascot in the middle, how cute!
Back a bit to the interior design, you could see oval looked of big lamps on their ceiling. Unique! And their theme color is so clear, yellow and blue!
And now back to their donuts, they also have BBQ, Pandan Punch, Raspberry Shortcake, Ube, Chocolate Nebula, and BB Toast.
Inside they also have some room, to enjoy the doughnut and beverages. But yeah, all of the tables were full.

Still in the line up, finally we stood near the order stand and on the left you could see the pick up stand.
Near the order stand, you could see that they have some monitors showing their menu on the back top.

The donuts are exactly the same as the display we saw before.. They also have some kind of cookies, even toast. For drinks they had lychee galaxy boba, peach & passion oolong, raspberry coconut, cheesy mango coconut, crackling pistachio, iced earl grey, iced earl grey milk tea, iced oolong, iced sparkling water, hot earl grey, hot oolong, and mineral water. They also had some kind coffee and soft serve too!
When it was finally our time to order, the waitress made us choose of three pieces or six pieces of donuts.
If you confuse of what to choose they also had packages of 6, they named it butterlandia box and crunchy box.
After had chosen what we wanted, we paid then fortunately the mascot was still there (it had limited time to show off). There was a staff there to help taking photos. We suddenly went there.
I love the mascot and i also love the photo result!
No chairs left so when i found a staff chair i sat there, well my boyfriend picked up our order. Not a long time, my delivery man 💕came!
We even couldn't find any chair outside their exit gate.
No worries.. We then took the drink and the box of donuts outside, find any chance of finding chairs.
Yeah, fortunately we found it. And now let me explain about what we had that day..
The donuts were in a premium box that we should tear to open.

CHOCOLATE NEBULA
Their chocolate nebula made of chocolate dough, with real chocolate filling, outside chocolate layer and powder.. and also the top there was also a chocolate cookie that also had chocolate filling and this filling was different from what we got from the bun. Well it was perfect, i nearly cried to have it. I love chocolate and this answered all my prayer.. it had so many chocolate.. it was not too sweet and the chocolate were all tasty. Really, it was more than i had expected! LEVEL UP donut, i couldn't feel any donut, felt like i had a chocolate lava desert or any cake, yeah it was SO SPECIAL!
OPOR CRUNCH
Next i tried the savory donut choice, so unique it had crispy skin like real fried chicken... Inside it had chicken with opor flavour, potato and also cheese, beside donut. And outside they gave cheese powder. Well this was really LEVEL UP donut cause it was unusually tasty and i love it too! So surprise that opor could be a tasty donut!
VANILLA CHEESE CRUNCH
The last donut we had was this vanilla cheese. It had melting vanilla, icing sugar and some cheese. It had sweet flavour and the bun was so soft but made it different with other donuts is, it had the crispy skin. Donut with crispy skin, what a real level up!
And we also ordered a most wanted drink
LYCHEE GALAXY BOBA
It had sweet lychee soda drink with a bit sour flavour. It also had soft yellow boba with the shape of their mascot, so funny. But we both think this drink was not LEVEL UP like their donuts and we want to try other kind of drink when we go there again.
Overall, i love their LEVEL UP DONUTS, it became number one in my heart.. If you love chocolate, i suggest you to try their CHOCOLATE NEBULA and if you like savory, you should try OPOR CRUNCH. Both were amazing!
Of course we would come back for more LEVEL UP DONUTS!
