Ustedes no se imaginan lo que yo muero por una porción de torta, dígamos que es el postre perfecto, tiene muchas presentaciones, millones de sabores, formas de preparar y casualidad que sirve para cualquier ocasión. La existencia de este local donde probé la mejor torta de zanahoria hasta los momentos, es desconocida, solo un día pasé por allí y no había ningún local, pero al siguiente día de repente estaba allí.
El principal motivo de existencia de este local es ofrecer la mejor horchata de Madrid, una bebida a base de chufa, pero no me apetecía probarla, había algo más en el mostrador que me hacía ojitos y me llamaba: la tarta de zanahoria. Ya había degustado mi postre del día pero fue imposible no caer en la tentación. Buen tamaño, buen precio, sabor indescriptible y la crema con una consistencia y dulzor en su punto exacto como me gusta a mí. Para que más descripción si pueden ustedes mismos apreciar esta perfección.

You can't imagine how much I crave a slice of cake. Let's just say it's the perfect dessert. It comes in many forms, with millions of flavors and ways to prepare it, and it happens to be perfect for any occasion. The existence of this place, where I tried the best carrot cake I've ever had, is unknown. One day I passed by and there was no shop there, but the next day it was suddenly there.
The main reason for this place's existence is to offer the best horchata in Madrid, a drink made from tiger nuts, but I didn't feel like trying it. There was something else on the counter that caught my eye and called out to me: carrot cake. I had already had my dessert for the day, but it was impossible to resist the temptation. Good size, good price, indescribable flavor, and the cream had just the right consistency and sweetness, just the way I like it. What more can I say? See for yourselves how perfect it is.
Tarta marmoleada
Esta fue la opción de mi amigo, aunque la de zanahoria era de buen tamaño, se podía compartir hasta con 3 personas, escogimos esta casera que como todo amante de la torta "burrera" no podía faltar. Tampoco nos podíamos ir sin dar nuestra humilde opinión como todo catador de tartas burreras, sobre esta increíble torta marmoleada.
Suave, perfecta de sabor en cuanto a la proporción chocolate/vainilla, también tenía buen tamaño pero con mucho antojo la terminas tu solo y ni hablemos del precio, nos impactó lo barato para tan delicioso postre.

This was my friend's choice. Although the carrot cake was a good size and could be shared by up to three people, we chose this homemade cake because, like all lovers of “burrera” cake, we couldn't pass it up. Nor could we leave without giving our humble opinion, as all burrera cake tasters do, about this incredible marbled cake.
Smooth, with the perfect chocolate/vanilla ratio, it was also a good size, but you could easily finish it on your own, and let's not even talk about the price. We were shocked at how cheap such a delicious dessert was.

No hay nada más satisfactorio que cuando vas a un lugar con altas expectativas y tienes más que eso, me sentí tan bien cuando le dí la primera probada y pensé: "No he malgastado mi dinero". Este acto social casi sagrado pero simple de compartir lo que es una tarta que te gusta, para mi algo tan íntimo, no todo el mundo tiene derecho a saber tus exóticos gustos culinarios jaja. No quería irme de este mundo sin decirle donde venden la tarta de zanahoria más rica que he degustado. El crunch de las nueces en su interior era perfecto, hacia match con el frosting que resaltaba en tu paladar, en fin, la mejor. Ya sin más que dramatizar, espero haberlos dejado con antojo de tarta.
