GOOD DAY, HIVERS!
Let me share with you another recipe for a vegetarian lover around the world. You know that, since I was a child, I have really loved vegetables, especially since our place is known as the "Vegetable Basket of Cebu", a place where you can find fresh veggies with its eco-friendly price. With 200 pesos in a pocket, you can buy various vegetables here. An advantage for those who want to save on purchasing vegetables on the market. Also, if the price of the vegetables drops, sometimes we can have it or exchange it with our neighbors, just like barter, depending on what veggies are available. It's a journey of health and discovery because there are lots of discoveries on cooking and healthy food too because it's vegetables. Today I have another recipe for you using string beans and carrots with a little amount of pork.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 kilo pork (slice)
1 piece of carrot
1/2 kilo string beans (sliced)
1 sachet oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 gloves garlic minced
1 whole red onion minced
2 tsp patis soy sauce
oil
PREPARATION:
Prepare all the ingredients.
Heat the pan and add a little amount of oil. Then, pour in the sliced pork meat until it turns light brown and produces excess oil. Next, transfer to a plate.
Add the garlic and onion. Then, the halved cooked pork. Next, add the vegetables and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour 2 tsp. of patis soy sauce, salt and black pepper to taste and the oyster sauce. Mix well and wait to cook the vegetables.
Transfer to a plate and its ready to serve. Trust me, you can't resist this recipe once you've tried it.
Thank you for reading my recipe, and see you on my next blog.
