Cebuano bananaque snacks / meryenda

Filipinos loves to create snacks or meryenda at home ,even before many famous delicacies arouse up untill now a lot of home made snacks created by Filipinos and I am one of those Cebuano appreciating Filipino's delicacies.

A lot of us here especially food lovers already know what is Bananaque snacks - Bananaque is a banana fruits from banana tree it is one of Cebuano delicacies that our ancestors cook during the time of world war 2.

It is very simple to Cook this delicacies,we only have 3 ingredients for this bananaque ( ripe banana, oil and sugar ( optional)).The sugar is optional because ripe banana is has its own natural sweetness,so if you cook this with out sugar still the taste is so sweet , the natural blend of its own sweetness you will bite no added optional ingredients just its own blend.

The moment I already done pilling them individually from its cover I decided to cut them half since it has bigger size in order for this to Cook well from outer to inner it should be properly cook so decided to cut each of them half .

Prepare you pot for the cooking,put some oil in it wait untill the oil heated so that we can now fry the ripe banana we prepare ,stirr them gently to avoid damage's since it is ripe so some part might damage so better stirr them gently,wait until it turns Golden brown,flip the other side also to be fair with the other side ,wait untill it will cook.

After a couple of minutes,banana turns into caramelized golden brown bananaque and it is ready to serve.

Easy to follow the steps hivers,so if you have ripe banana at home, do this kind of delicacies that surely your mouth will splash a lot of Sweetness.
