I wasn’t sure what this fish was, until I saw the picture. I absolutely love seafood, considering I come from the coastal region in India, I get to try many kinds of fish. The last time I tried Pomfret Ghee Roast. it is quite interesting to see you make such a beautiful dish. That is a soup. A perfect way to have a side dish.         Yeah it's a kind of curry, but we often say fish stir fry aceh. In our area we prepare this dish almost every day as a side dish. Try the recipe and it's delicious!
