        Thank you Clau, I will but this week I'm trying an Israeli bread called Challah using a recipe from an Israeli chef i know here on Koh Samui, Thailand.

        I notice you live on Isla de Margharita! A beautiful island I visited with some friends who got married there in 2003, a long time ago. Happy memories :-)
