Apple and Raisin Cake, Flour-Free, Refined Sugar-Free / Bizcocho de Manzana y Uvas Pasas, sin Harinas, sin Azúcar refinada

Greetings, dear foodie friends! 😊

Today I'm bringing you a very healthy recipe, free of refined flour and sugar. It's a naturally sweet sponge cake, practically sweetened with fruits like apples and bananas, as well as raisins.

This is an ideal cake for those who don't want or desire to eat refined flour or sugar. Its texture is soft and moist. You can eat it freshly made, still warm, or even cold from the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • 2 red apples.
  • 2 small bananas or one large banana.
  • 1 cup of rolled oats.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • Raisins to taste.
  • 1 Teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of salt.
  • 1 Tablespoon of baking powder.
  • 100 ml of water.
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey, optional.
  • 15 cm diameter mold.

Let's get to the preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Start by chopping the apples. Wash and disinfect them beforehand. Remove the seeds and core, and chop them into small cubes.

Now we put the chopped apples in the blender along with 100 ml of water and blend very well.

In a container we are going to Pour in the oats and add our blended apple.

Next, mash our bananas with a fork until they resemble a puree.

This puree We added the bananas to the Apple and Oatmeal recipe.

Let's mix it up a bit.

Now we'll add the salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.

Next, add the raisins. Add to your liking. Remember, this will add sweetness to the cake.

Let's now mix, we Make sure to combine all the ingredients very well.

If you want, and optionally, you can add a tablespoon of honey. I did because I love honey in these types of recipes. If you do this step, be sure to mix well so that the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured pan.

Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes. It's important to keep an eye on the cake at the 30-minute mark; check with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, your cake is ready! 😁

Hoy les traigo una receta muy saludable, sin Harinas refinadas y sin Azúcar, es un Bizcocho dulcemente natural, prácticamente endulzado a base de frutas como la Manzana y la Banana, además de las Uvas Pasas.

Es una torta ideal para aquellas personas que no quieren o no desean comer harinas refinada o Azúcar, su textura es suave y húmeda, la puedes comer recién hecha aún caliente y también fría de la nevera.

¿Quieres comer dulce sin sentirte culpable? entonces ven y hagamos juntos esta receta 😉

Ingredientes:

  • 2 Manzanas rojas.
  • 2 Bananas pequeñas o una grande.
  • 1 Taza de Avena en hojuelas.
  • 2 Huevos.
  • Uvas Pasas al gusto.
  • 1 Cucharadita de Canela en polvo.
  • 1/4 Cucharadita de Sal.
  • 1 Cucharada de Polvo Para Hornear.
  • 100 Ml de Agua.
  • 1 Cucharada de Miel, opcional.
  • Molde de: 15 Cms de Diametro.

Vamos con nuestra preparación:

Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados.

Empezamos picando las Manzanas, estas deben estar previamente lavadas y desinfectadas, les quitamos las semillas, el corazón y las picamos en pequeños cubos.

Ahora echamos las manzanas picadas en la licuadora junto a los 100 Ml de Agua y licuamos muy bien.

En un recipiente vamos a echar la Avena y le añadimos nuestra Manzana licuada.

Seguidamente aplastamos nuestras bananas con un tenedor, nos debe quedar como un puré.

Este puré de Bananas lo integramos a la preparación de Avena y Manzana.

Incorporamos los dos Huevos.

Nos disponemos a mezclar un poco.

Ahora vamos a agregar la Sal, el Polvo para hornear y la Canela en Polvo.

Seguidamente añadimos las Uvas Pasas, agrega a tu gusto, recuerda que esto le dará dulzor al Bizcocho.

Vamos ahora a mezclar, nos aseguramos de integrar muy bien todos los ingredientes.

Si deseas y de manera opcional puedes agregar una cucharada de Miel, yo lo hice porque me encanta la Miel en este tipo de recetas, si haces este paso asegúrate de mezclar bien de manera que quede una mezcla homogénea.

Vertemos la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado.

Metemos al horno por unos 35 a 40 minutos, es importante estar pendiente en el minuto 30, verificar con un palillo repostero, ¡si este sale seco es porque nuestro Bizcocho está listo! 😁

¡Mi Bizcocho estuvo listo al minuto 35! dejamos enfriar un poco para después desmoldarlo.
