This is great! I have always wanted to make a violet syrup to preserve their beautiful color. It is fall here so I actually just made Hawthorn berry syrup the other day.

That sounds amazing too, I don’t have a Hawthorn, but would so do that too. It’s the season to be gathering early spring blossoms.
