Weekends are always an excuse for us to spend time out. Whether it's just playing at the time zone arena or just eating out.
Like us, this weekend night my husband and I took our son to play at the time zone arena. There are quite a lot of games there. But this game is always the only one my son is after. Yes, racing motorbikes.
It is really calming when he is happy. After he finished playing, he said "Umma mam!!!!". Unfortunately, the mall where we played, the restaurant was very crowded. Yes, because it was the weekend at the beginning of the month, so there were a lot of families spending their time outside together. So we decided to look for food at a cafe or restaurant outside the mall.
Because my husband and I are not the type to eat at cafes or other restaurants. We were quite confused about where to eat. Finally I browsed social media to find the nearest cafe from the mall where we played.
Finally I found a cafe that I thought was not far from my mall, and the reviews were quite good, only 10 minutes from the mall where we played.
When I first arrived in front of the cafe, we were immediately greeted with a building design that made me quite amazed. The unique and simple logo made me quite curious, how the cafe looked inside and how the food tasted.
When we first entered, we were immediately asked which area we wanted to eat in. Because it turns out that this place has dining tables with various views inside. We can choose to eat in an air-conditioned room or we can sit directly in the outdoor area with the live music they present. Or we can choose the upper floor area with a fairly calming view.
Yes, after discussing with my husband. We decided to eat in the upper floor area, and we still took the outdoor area of course because my husband is a smoker.
After looking at the menu, we finally chose Mix Snack for my son, then the menu I chose was chicken lasagna spaghetti then my husband chose the seafood rice menu with oyster sauce.
And for drinks, our choice fell on chocolate milkshake and lycy tea. Quite an interesting menu.
Seafood Rice with Oyster Sauce
To be honest, even though this is the menu my husband chose, but when I asked permission to taste it.. This is the first time I have tasted this type of menu.
Wowww, Yes I really like the savory taste of oyster sauce with cashew nuts sprinkled on top.
Mix Snack
A regular snack. With fried sausage, nuggets and French fries. It's okay enough to be my child's snack.
Chicken Lasagna Spaghetti
To be honest, this is the first time I have tried spaghetti with a taste like this, it tastes like it's stir-fried but it's like keeping a secret spice in it. A taste that is quite interesting but difficult for me to describe. When I first took a bite, the delicious and distinctive taste stuck to my tongue and made my tongue not want to stop eating it.
This menu is really a lot, so I divided it into 1/2 portions with my husband. I really couldn't finish it all.
Lechy tea
Yes, the drink I chose was okay enough to accompany the spaghetti menu that I ate. The sour sweet taste of lycy and the neutral taste of tea make this drink my best favorite.
Chocolate milkshake
The appearance of the drink my husband chose is quite tempting to the eye.
Because they display ice cream in the drink.
Enjoying the night with this menu with the breeze and also live music that is slightly audible in the ears makes the atmosphere a little romantic. Yes romantic, but only for a moment because my son is entering a very very active age and it makes me quite overwhelmed.. hahah
But it's okay if it's done together. Because going through all the events with a partner who is a life partner is the most perfect thing.
