I came home from work and feel like I need a sweet treat because I'm worn out at work. I looked at the ingredients I have at home and decided to make a Lava Cake

From the ingredients I used:
80 g of dark chocolate
70 ml of vegetable oil
200 ml of milk
150 g of sugar 1
50 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
A pinch of salt

Combine milk and oil in a bowl

In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt

I mixed all the dry ingredients

Melt the chocolate on the stove with a little oil in a pan

He combined the melted chocolate with the milk in the oil in a bowl and mixed them.

Then I combined the dry ingredients with the melted chocolate, milk and oil and mixed everything to make a soft mixture.

Now I poured the chocolate mixture into the muffin tin

I got 8 muffins from the mixture.

I heated the oven to 250°C and baked the muffins in the heated oven for 8 minutes.
It should not be baked for more than 8 minutes because then the muffins would be very hard. 8 minutes is enough to bake so that the filling inside remains in a liquid state. After 8 minutes, I took the tray out of the oven, waited 15 minutes for them to cool a little and took the muffins out of the mold.

Muffins are very tasty and I recommend all lovers of chocolate and sweets to make them yourself because they are very quick and easy to make. Write me if you like muffins.

So delicious recipe! I also like to use Desertina in my recipes, Candy Rush generaly has good product and chocolate for cooking is great, maybe beter than Menaž now! Alsooo, you can try Yumis cocoa instead of that one in the pic. I mean, Yumis doesn't have that sour note many others have. 🤗 Also, Lidl has great cocoa options, too. I like to prepare it similar as Turkish coffee, add some honey and enjoy in a lovely hot drink.

Thanks for the advice my namesake, I didn't use cocoa from LILD I will buy cocoa from LIDL and let you know my impressions

If you like to drink it as I am, only with water or with milk when you are not fasting, or with some vegan plant drink, you will be amazed. And Yumis is avaliable in like every market and has also very good taste.

This is a special kind of muffins.it looked like this is a delicious kind of cake

They are very tasty, try to make them. It's liquid inside when the first piece breaks off and looks like lava from a volcano. That's why it's called Lava Cake

@bojang yeah I might try this one day...thanks for sharing this recipe
