The cacao fruit reminds me of my grandmother as she had some cacao trees when she was still alive. You were lucky to attend the chocolate workshop. It's interesting to learn more about the process for obtaining cocoa butter and cocoa powder. I wish I could also attend a seminar similar to this. The giveaways are lovely too.
