So after a few day i came back with a new recipe desi sweet dish that is loved by my all family and anyone that first taste it love it. We make SEMOLINA HALWA when it's special day for us or a rainy day. It taste tooo muchhhh yummyyyy with milk tea. Semolina halwa is a classic South Asian dessert, also known as suji ka halwa or sheera, cherished for it's soft, pudding- like texture sweet. So here is the recipe i hope u all will like it.
INGREDIENTS
1 small cup ghee
3 cup of milk
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 cup of suji
4 spoon of dry milk
Some dry coconut
Some raisin or any dry fruits
PREPARATION
First add ghee to the pan on medium flame let it be get warm, then add the suji and low the flame and cook it until it gets soft golden in colour.
Until it gets golden add 3 eggs to the milk and mix it then add this to the pan and increase the flame to medium after 3 minuts add the sugar and cook it until the milk gets absorb in suji properly.

When the milk gets absorb properly in suji then add the dry milk and dry fruits and cook it for more 5 to 7 mints on medium flame.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DON'T STOP MIXING IT WITH LADLE UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY COOKED.
