in our home red lentil daal is not just a food it is also a comfort in a bowl - whenever i make it, the whole house fills with its warm and inviting aroma.....this simple lentil desi recipe has been loved by everyone in my family.
Its's texture is very soft and creamy when spices is added in it it makes its tase delicious and flavourable....In my pathan family it's everyones fvrt daal because it is full of flavors.i hv learnt this recipe from my mother and grandmother.
So,finally lets start i hope u all will love my desi recipe.
INGRIDIENTS
red lentil daal(200g)
2 medium tomatoes
1 large onion
3 to 4 green chilli
SPICES:
1spoon red chilli flakes
1 spoon of red chilli powder
half spoon warm spices
1 spoon of dried coriander
half spoon of mix masala
1 spoon of ginger garlic paste
1cup of oil
first soak the red lentil seeds for 1 hour then add it to boiling water and add 1 spoon of salt then boil it for almost 10 mints...after this put 1normal cup of oil into the pan and let it be warm then add cut onions and fry it until it gets golden.
then grind all the spices with ginger garlic paste and add it to the pan and lil bit of water.
cook it for few minutes then add cutted tomamtoes and green chilies and a lil bit of water again to the pan and fry it for 5 to 6 mints.
when it is cooked for 5 to 6 mints then add the boiled red lentil daal(masoor daal) with half cup of water then cook it until the water gets evaporates and hereee your dish iss readyyyy........
