Karela gosht is a very famous curry in Pakistan and is almost everyone's favorite. It is also my favorite. So today I am going to share with you the method of making karela gosht curry. I hope you will like it.In Urdu it is called Karela Gosht.
And in English, bitter gourd is called bitter gourd.
Let me share the method with you.
First of all, I will tell you the names of the ingredients I used to make bitter gourd.

Bitter gourd four kg,
one and a half kg of chicken,
kadhai spices,
red pepper,
turmeric,
salt,
tomatoes,
onion,
garlic,
cooking oil.


First, I peeled the bitter gourd and removed the seeds from the center of the bitter gourd.

Then I cut the bitter gourd into small pieces. After cutting, I added salt, covered them, and left them for two hours.

After two hours, I washed the bitter gourd and put it on a cloth to drain the water. I squeezed it with my hands to get all the water out of it. It is important to get the water out of the bitter gourd, otherwise the bitter gourd will taste bitter. Then I put cooking oil in a pot and fried the bitter gourd in it.


Then I washed one and a half kilos of meat well, added turmeric, salt, a little oil, red pepper, and a glass of water, and cooked the meat well.


Then I put oil in a large pan, browned the onion, added garlic, cooked it, and also chopped a tomato and prepared the spices well.

Then I added the spice. This is a very famous spice in Pakistan.


Then I added the cooked chicken to the spices.


Then I added the fried bitter gourds and I cooked them for ten minutes with a little water.
