Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert and I’ve tried it on several occasions; they were all different because it depends on who makes it, but when made by an Italian, it’s exquisite, it has to be homemade. I’ve tried it in Italian restaurants where not only do they claim the food is Italian, but the owner and all the staff are Italian too; they have a real tradition. That’s where I tasted the most delicious tiramisu.

Before that, my cousin used to make it, and I didn’t like hers. The one I see in the photos looks absolutely stunning, and it’s perfect with a cup of coffee, but if you ever get the chance to visit an Italian restaurant… try it again; you’ll be surprised. It’s always good to try new flavours, even if we don’t end up liking them; the important thing is to learn new things. Big hugs!💗
