I know beetroot is very beneficial, but does making it like that make the aroma of beetroot very pronounced? I hate the earthy taste of beetroot.

        Some people find beet tastes a little earthly, I guess this kind of preparation doesn't make any difference. But it is certainly a very beneficial vegetable.
