The guest I mentioned a few days ago is the Principal of Fatimiya Centre. He was warmly welcomed at Quetta airport. He recently came from the city of Melbourne, Australia, and when he returned to his city, his friends warmly welcomed him.
Before going on the journey, he made a promise with his special workers that when he returns, he will give a treat. And for those friends who are working more in the centreโs service, there will be special food. And today, he fulfilled that promise.
It was really a proud moment to have a lunch with the principal of Fatimiya Centre at Shah Wali Restaurant and also having a meetup of other friends who are more active in this centre.
We are around 8 special workers of Fatimiya Centre, and today we had a gathering. First, we thought to enjoy this treat on the mountain. The plan was that we will leave for Kotal Mountain at 4 in the evening, and after reaching there, we will make and drink milk tea, and then at night, arrange for food.
We had this program one time before, that we left for Kotal mountain at evening, had a tasty milk tea and then started preparing for the dinner. During that time we had lot of gossips and also enjoyed the night view from the mountain. It was really a good moment of our time.
This was a program that will surely always be remembered. Because making food at night on the mountain has its own special fun, and eating food with friends in the gathering there is really amazing.
But after some friends' suggestions, the mountain plan was postponed. And the decision was made to go to Shah Wali Restaurant and enjoy Mutton Kabuli and Seekh Kabab.
Shah Wali Restaurant is the best in Quetta city for serving Kabuli. The good thing is that it is only 15 minutes away from our house, which is very close. Shah Wali Restaurant is famous for its Mutton Kabuli, but other foods are also available here, like beef seekh, lentils, beans, broth, sweets, and the best matka (clay pot) ice cream.
The design of the restaurant is very traditional style, and small wooden dining tables are on old buildings. The area is not very big; it can seat about 100 people at the same time.
When we reached there, we looked for a suitable place to sit. Everyone ordered the best and cultural food here, Mutton Kabuli. The main thing in this food is its meat, which is very soft, juicy, and full of spices.
This food has four special ingredients that make it Mutton Kabuli. Raisins, carrots, rice, and mutton meat โ these four items make it a best and traditional dish, as you can see in the picture.
With it, in small bottles, 3 types of spices are given separately, which include red chili, chaat masala, and salt. It depends on each person how they want to eat the Kabuli. If I talk about myself, I always use these 3 spices.
With it, raita, salad, and lassi are also special items here with Kabuli rice. Friends also wished that raita and salad must be there, and the lassi here is also very delicious. This combination of food is just amazing and delicious.
On todayโs wonderful food program, I took some memorable pictures, which Iโm sure you all will like, and you must have liked the Mutton Kabuli too.
I hope you find this post interesting and I hope you will like it. If you like the post, please leave feedback in the comments section so that the next one will be even better. Thank you for sticking with me until the end.
