🥢✨ Rainbow Veg Zoodles Stir-Fry | Healthy • Colorful • YUMMM ✨🥢
Today I made these healthy zoodles, they are my all time staple for a fancy dinner. I’m in no way a chef 😆 but I’ll try to put a recipe here. I’ve made it quite a few times and experimented it a bit, but this one is what works for me best.
🌿 Ingredients I Used:
🥒 Cucumber
🥕 Carrot
🟡 Yellow zucchini
🟢 Green zucchini
🍄 Mushrooms
🫑 Red & Yellow bell peppers
🧀 Paneer cubes
🍋 Lemon
🍯 Peanut butter, Soy sauce, Schezwan chutney, Chilli sauce
🍮 Caramel sauce
- Cut all your veggies. Add a bit of salt to zucchini and let it sit for 10 mins.
Add 2tbs of peanut butter and 1tbs of schezwan, chilli sauce, caramel, soy sauce each.
Stir fry the mushrooms, capsicums, and garlic. Add panned after 5 mins.
- Add the zucchinis, cucumber and carrots and sauce. Cook for 5 mins.
And a healthy and hearty dinner is served.🎀
