When a guest comes to the house, it is a tradition to arrange good and bad food for them.Hospitality is a tradition of our country. People in the villages of our country live a simple life and they love to feed others. We are happy when a guest comes to the house.Yes, our religion says that the arrival of a guest at home is a good sign and it comes from Allah.

Bengali means the best in hospitality and it has been around since ancient times. There are some traditional dishes in our country for hospitality which are beef khichdi or polao. This is the best food for entertaining guests and I have been taking this food seriously since childhood.Bengali tradition includes beef khichuri polao and various types of fish. These foods are so important that Bengalis cannot go on any occasion without beef khichuri or polao.

Beef and khichuri are so popular that they are cooked for any occasion, for guests and on special days. When the employees of this country are on vacation, they have to cook khichuri meat at home.On a rainy day, Bengalis cannot survive without khichuri meat.It must be beef and khichuri. This is actually a traditional and hobby food.We can all live without this food, but we have put this traditional food on our hobby list.Delicious rainy day food: Khichuri and beef.

There are many types of food in the world, but our beef and khichdi are made very easily in a rural way.Even if you don't like watching the cooking process, this is tradition and rural tradition. In a word and undoubtedly very delicious food. The main religious event food is beef along with khichuri and pola. You see, I cooked khichuri and beef in a very normal way, but Mashallah it was very delicious to eat.

I cooked this on a rainy day.Today is not an occasion or a special day but it is known as a traditional rainy day dish.My family and daughter love beef and khichuri very much so I cooked it.Especially my daughter's appetite requires cooking these a lot.On this special rainy day, we cannot do without beef and khichuri, I mean Bengalis cannot do without it.So this is our arrangement for a rainy day.Check out our ingredients for this beef and khichdi recipe.

Ingredients,

Beef usually requires the most variety of spices when cooking. It is more flavorful with spices. Notable spices are:

  1. First I took 1 kg of beef.

  2. First of all, the main ingredients are oil and onion.

  3. Ginger, garlic, cumin, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, these are other main spices.

  4. Dried chili powder and turmeric powder are among the ingredients. These two ingredients will give the meat a beautiful color.

  5. I shared a video of the moment I cooked beef from start to finish with these spices.

  6. I started cooking khichuri on the other stove and you need to use spices to cook this khichuri too.

  7. I also had to use ginger, garlic, onion, cumin, green chilies, oil, turmeric powder, and dried chili powder to cook khichuri.

  8. And yes, of course you will need a certain amount of water and salt.

After I finished cooking the beef and khichdi, I served it to eat, so I shared some pictures of the step-by-step process, starting with the spices.

Khichuri and beef is our traditional food. I like very much

I have noticed since my childhood that Bengalis have a special attraction to this food.

I am very familiar with this dish because I love this dish very much.Beef and Khichdi are very delicious dishes, no doubt about it.Thank you because you showed the complete process of cooking it.

It's great to hear that you liked it, thank you very much for the compliment.

We all like traditions, and in the same way, we should tell our children about each and every thing so that they too can know that doing these things is important in our tradition.

I completely agree with you because when you make children aware of the tradition, it will not be lost in the future.

I love this food

Thanks for the comment.
