I know the word obscene is overused, but sometimes it is the best possible choice. OMG. Whatever happened to coffee?

This blog is a public service! I don't think people suspect the garbage they are consuming. No wonder diabetes and obesity are epidemic.

        I didn't believe it until I saw it for myself. If it isn't the sugar, it's usually the sodium content. I always prefer to make my own food when I have the time to do it.
