There's no ricotta

This is unacceptable. A world without ricotta, the heart of so many Sicilian recipes. I think your compromise filling was excellent. The child loved it, so it was worth the work.

        Aaaah...so you have Sicilian heritage 😻.
        Si si... Replacing Ricotta with local cream cheese is just a crime 😸.
        BTW mentioning Sicilia now I'm craving for Arancini di riso.
        But tomorrow I need to travel, so...it just has to wait 😁.
