I have no end to my hobbies in life, we create hobbies with various things whenever we want. However, at present, Alhamdulillah, I am free, but even then, there is some pressure from my family, due to which it is not possible for me to complete any work properly. As far as I know, people move towards success little by little by making the impossible possible today, and no one has ever succeeded in life all at once.
I have been trying to make this ice cream for the past two years, in fact, nothing is happening properly for me, sometimes the ice cream does not freeze properly, and sometimes various problems are very annoying. I am very upset about this issue, but even then I have decided not to give up, I will try, I believe that if I try, I will definitely succeed. I told my mother a long time ago why she asked me to prepare milk for me. Then I told her about it. She said that there is no need to exaggerate about the fact that it is not happening, pay attention to your studies, I want you to get good results.
Actually, every parent wants their children to study and make their faces shine, but to be honest, I don't think I can find peace until the thought that once entered my head is over. I kept trying to find out if milk was being sold somewhere to buy it, but I could buy milk in the market. However, pure cow's milk was not available, due to which I fell into more and more illness. Three days ago, a friend of mine came to our house and I discussed the matter with him and he told me that there is no problem, his father has another cow and he will manage the milk for me. Then I said, I will give you whatever money I have, no problem.
But he is being naughty. The servant gave me milk but I don't have money. He gave me one kilogram of milk. Then I also made it half a kilo by netting it. Actually, after making one kilogram of milk half a kilo by netting it, the milk looked a lot like a reddish forest. I made a kanabel out of it with a little sugar, which made it look even more beautiful. I like to make things a little neater, but my mother used to scold me a lot, saying that I have wasted many things before, but I don't really have everything right. To tell the truth, if we don't give importance to something properly, we can never succeed in that thing properly.
I had put the milk in a bag and then went to college and when I came back I bought a kg of mangoes. Nowadays the price of ripe mangoes is very high. One kg cost me 50 taka. Even then I would say it is good because I like sweet things more. There are sour mangoes but their price is much lower. However, I do not like sour mangoes because they are very bad for me. Anyway, I was trying to manage the matter from my place. After that, I knew that everything was in the house but I had to prepare everything in a different way.
After I arrived, my mother understood what I was going to do, then she didn't come and tell me anything, rather she encouraged me a little and told me how to do it better. I liked the idea a lot more, besides, I learned more about the idea from YouTube. Then what I did was I made a blender and then I took it because if there are mango fibers, then ice cream. Anyway, after being patient for quite a while, I made a dough and added strawberries, which looked very red. Actually, I like the strawberry color a lot more. Although I don't like strawberries that much, I like the color a lot, so I used it now.
Then I mixed all the ingredients together and put them in the mixer and then put them in the fridge. After two hours, I took my ice cream out of the deep freezer.
