How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I have appeared among you again, with another new recipe of mine.
Various types of vegetables are available in winter. Various types of dishes are prepared with them, which also have different tastes. It seems that a vegetable fair is held in winter. Vegetables are available the most in the winter season. Today, I will share with you the complete method of frying potatoes with onion ink, that winter vegetable. Although currently, all winter varieties are cultivated throughout the year.

First step:-
First, you have to buy onion ink or what many people also call onion flowers from the market. You also have to buy new potatoes that have appeared in the market.

Now you need to cut the potatoes and onions into small pieces, for frying.
Third Step :-
Now I cut the onion and green chilies into a bowl.

Now put a pan on the stove, add the chopped potatoes, onion paste, chili and onion and cook for some time. Once cooked, pour it into a bowl.
Fifth Step :-
Again, place a pan on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, chop some onions and stir well.
Sixth step :-
Now add the boiled potato and onion paste, add enough salt and stir well for some time.
The fry is ready after stirring for 5/7 minutes. It tastes very good to eat, it tastes a little sweet because of the onion ink. It is one of my favorite dishes.
