Large size of shrimps I cooked with butter for lunch. I removed the skin so when we eat, there's no need to peel it. I also meticulously removed the dirt inside the body of the shrimps. Before, I was thinking that it was alreaday clean after washing a lot of water. I never know that there are muds at the backbone on it. When I bought shrimps I let the vendor clean it so when I cook its already clean and well prepared for cooking.
I used a lot of gaic , ginger and onoins with black pepper sauteed in an unsalted butter. Finished cooking with black pepper and a spoonful of tomato paste.
