It's a large shrimp and I let the vendor cleaned if for me. Many time, I just cooked it without removing the scale and I tried this time. They cleaned the back part of the shrimp where they found their intestine. I am not aware that shrimp have intestine. They meticulously slice all the back part and removed the black string on it which is the intestine. There are muds and dirt inside. Now I knew so I must clean the shrimp like this everytime I cook soon.
Now, after cooking, it is easy to eat without hassle on the table while eating.
