Sliced bread with a tiny amount of cheese before toasting it. Eggs were cooked with sesame oil, a lot of o ions and garlic. Add tiny amount of salt to taste, not salty. Cut the cucumber add lemon water on it.

Easy prepared breakfast and full of health benefits. Making this kind of food will surely made us healthy. We should not rely in ordering food online for self care and awareness of our health most especially those who are growing older.
