My sister baked a dessicated coconut cake with almond. It has a very sweet taste since one of the ingredients is condensed milk and syrup made from sugar.
It tastes like a macaroons good to eat with unsweetened coffee. I like it so much.
If you are familiar a certain macarons, it's taste is the same but but baked in a pan, a cooking ttray not in a paper molder.
