Fresh Vegetable Salad

I turned myself preparing lighter food to eat today. In the morning I got a cup of milk and coffee that gave me full and didn't eat any rice or bread. At noon, my eyes caught up the lettuce and presence of salad ingredients needed. So I made a tiny amount only just for me. Here's the black olive, kernel corn, purple cabbage and cheese. I sliced the carrots into cubes. It looked so perfect, and its not only the looks but the benefits itself to our body. I mixed it with yogurt and black pepper to add the aroma into perfect taste.

What a perfect lunch today needed to a healthy body of a growing human being on eart. Just try and say how yummy it is!
