We need to limit our sweets and carbohydrates intake and most especially food from any food chain but if we take it with moderation, it will never hurt our health.
So today, my sister spoiled me many times. What a delicious sweet I thought it's a kind of frozen like ice cream sweets but it's a cake combined with liquid dark chocolates. I couldn't resist but eat and eat . So yummy. I skip my dietary schedule today.
