It's the perfect breakfast without rice. What you need is just a tiny amount of bread . It consist of tomatoes, onions , garlic, black pepper, bell pepper , hot pepper and eggs. Easy to cook for just a little time . Serve hot with bread and cold fresh milk. You can have a cup of coffee too if you like according to your wish. If you want the egg yellow eaten whole, just cover the pan and it will be cooked perfectly but if you want scrambled eggs with the veggies, mix it using your spoon .
So yummy and just add tiny amount of salt to taste and do not use any enhancer causing to lost all the benefits of what you cook.
