Healthy Breakfast

Two hard boiled eggs , lettuce, sliced two cucumber, salt and pomegranate molasses and cherries made my breakfast healthy and satisfying . No rice, no coffee , no bread and plain water.

Please try eating this everyday and it will surely make you full and lighter tummy. We are no longer getting any younger so we have to take care of our body to gain healthy life as we grow older.
