I bet that dirt just fell right off after letting them sit! Looking good! I'm not really a fan of sweet potatoes, but I am a fan of people growing stuff, so I love this!

        Yep pretty much, washed them with hot water in the sink as well. Luckily this time the sap did not get my hands all sticky which was nice.

        Me neither, not my favorite food. But I can consistently grow it, which is good to know.
