Yes, it's important to develop good eating habits. I can relate with the late night eating myself, being one who works at night. Having to work in the night doesn't make it easy to avoid eating in the night. I mean, you're awake and you're hungry, come on, it's a big deal. But then, the resultant effect isn't palatable. The blotting and all those indigestion issues. I think there should be an effort towards it, and it's good you're working on that.
But these plates of food are entering my eyes though; the kind of food that will make you eat at night still 😄.
