About seven years ago, I went to the doctor for some physical problems.Almost every person has to go to the doctor from time to time.At that time I sought medical attention for some personal physical problems.although the doctor had suggested some medicine for me.Even after suggesting medicine, the doctor had told me about some dietary routines which are very necessary for a grown boy.

The doctor suggested some highly nutritious foods that everyone can eat.About seven years ago, that doctor told me to include these foods in my diet and I still do.The foods are chickpeas, raisins, dates, walnuts, and cashew nuts.So eating these foods regularly in the morning and afternoon is very beneficial for health and helps in building a strong body.

The doctor told me to at least include dates and nuts in my diet every day.

So now I always try to include dates and nuts in my diet and sometimes I try to include our local china nuts.In reality, these are very powerful foods.Dates are a very beneficial food that is also written in our religion and has long history.Similarly, different types of nuts are very beneficial foods, so at least nuts and dates should be included in your daily diet.

The doctor told me that if I want to stay healthy, I should include almonds, chickpeas, and dates in my daily diet.

Actually I have benefited a lot from eating these foods.I soak a handful of raw chickpeas every night and eat them in the morning.I add dates to raw chickpeas every morning.The dates should be washed well before eating.I try to eat raw chickpeas and dates first thing every morning on an empty stomach.Again in the afternoon I try to eat cashews nuts, other nuts and raisins.Oh yes I also add walnuts in the morning.These are real food.

Try to include these foods in your daily diet.This is my daily diet routine.It is just a nutritious food routine.However, I will give you one suggestion and that is that just eating these foods and sitting at home will not work, you need to do enough exercise.Eating these foods every morning before or after exercising will be very beneficial and will lead to a healthy life.
