in your opinion. at what population level does where you live not be a city anymore? I live on the outskirts of a city with a population below 70,000. It's quiet where I live but in 10 minutes I can be at shopping malls and stuck in traffic.

        All the blue - coastal cities i would say are right out.

        Denver and Phoenix will probably also be attacked.

        After several attacks, locals will start having local patrols.

        The other thing to think of is how near are you to actual food growing. The further away from source, the more likely food riots will be in your area.
